Ron Getz, guitarist and composer, studied at Berklee College of Music and the New England Conservatory of Music.  For over 30 years Ron has been an active Performer, Composer and Teacher.

As a Professional Musician, Ron has played with many jazz greats including Arthur Blythe, Billy Hart, John Scofield, Steve Grossman, Bill Evans, Branford Marsalis and Marvin “Smitty” Smith (from the Jay Leno Tonight Show Band).

In the Rock and Blues World Ron has shared the stage with B.B. King, Koko Taylor, Matt “Guitar” Murphy, Jeff Healy, Johnnie Lang, Edgar Winter, Leon Russell, Eric Burden, Electric Light Orchestra and Jefferson Starship.

As a Composer, Ron has written and produced 3 CD’s and has a fourth in the works.
